Rajiv Shah stars in the upcoming psychological short The Spear Carrier, directed by Sammie Zenoz and produced by Leonardo Trejo-Bien.

The film centers on an overlooked actor whose pursuit of recognition builds toward a breaking point on opening night of Macbeth. Shah leads the project as David, a role grounded in restraint, internal tension, and psychological transformation.

He appears opposite Jim Beaver (Deadwood, Supernatural), whose presence anchors the film’s central conflict.

The Spear Carrier brings together a strong ensemble cast and creative team, exploring themes of ambition, identity, and the cost of remaining unseen. The project is currently in post-production.
